you can cancel your subscription any time from your profile. cancellation stops the next renewal. you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
if MORPH doesn't work for you, email support within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. after 7 days we don't refund the current month, but you can cancel to prevent the next.
unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. used credits are non-refundable because they've already consumed AI compute.
if a generation fails on our end, the credit is not charged. if a video looks broken or off-spec, tell support — we'll re-run it or refund the credits, whichever you prefer.
please talk to us first before disputing with your bank — we can almost always fix it faster.
