MORPH is an AI image and video transformation tool. by using MORPH you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the app.

you must be 13+ (16+ in the EU/UK). if you're under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. don't use MORPH to impersonate a real person for fraud, harassment, or defamation.

you keep ownership of anything you upload. by uploading you confirm you have the right to use those images — either it's you, or you have permission from the person in the photo. you grant MORPH a limited license to process your content strictly to generate your output. we don't sell your photos or use them to train third-party models.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, weird, or fail moderation. we make no guarantee about quality or likeness. outputs are for personal, non-commercial creative use unless you're on a plan that permits otherwise.

• no non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind
• no content sexualising minors — instant permanent ban + reporting
• no deepfakes of real people meant to deceive (fake news, fake endorsements, election interference)
• no harassment, hate, or targeted attacks
• no impersonation for financial gain or fraud

subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. credit top-ups are one-time. all payments are processed by Stripe. see our refund policy.

we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund. you can delete your account any time from your profile page or by asking support.

the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

we may update these terms. material changes will be posted here. continued use after changes means you accept them.
